Searching on Twitter

So you’re in healthcare and you’re using Twitter (good on you), but haven’t quite figured out how to find the information you care about without following everyone under the sun. Here’s a quick video tutorial on searching, hashtags, and Twhirl:

The two most popular tools for monitoring Twitter searches are Twhirl (demoed above) and TweetDeck. I tried TweetDeck for a while but found that it was taking up way too much memory and I like the look of Twhirl better.
